RESPONSABILIDADES: - Desarrollar nuevas características y mejoras para nuestros productos y servicios de manera segura y bien probada, siguiendo las pautas de la empresa. - Escribir documentación técnica detallada. - Resolver problemas técnicos de alcance y complejidad moderados. - Garantizar el estilo de código, la mantenibilidad y las mejores prácticas. - Brindar mentoría a los Ingenieros Junior en tu equipo para ayudarlos a desarrollar sus habilidades técnicas y eliminar obstáculos para su autonomía. - Lanzar con confianza características y mejoras de tamaño moderado con orientación mínima y apoyo de otros miembros del equipo. REQUISITOS: - Indispensable: Inglés B2 o superior. - +6 años de experiencia en Ruby on Rails y NodeJS. - Conocimiento de PM2, Domain Driven Design y Clean Architecture. - Experiencia en desarrollo orientado a eventos. - Motivación y capacidad de autogestión, con excelentes habilidades organizativas. - Demostrar habilidades en razonamiento crítico, lógico y matemático. - Habilidad para trabajar en equipo. - Disponibilidad de equipo de computación propio. - A considerar: - Experiencia previa trabajando con GCP. - Experiencia trabajando con Kafka y/o Pub/Sub. - Experiencia con herramientas de contenerización (Docker, Kubernetes). - Conocimiento de algoritmos y estructuras de datos comunes.
