Copywriter Pleno Curitiba | Hybrid | Remote RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES: - Criar textos e mensagens para campanhas de marketing, performance, CRM, comunicação institucional, eventos, redes sociais e materiais comerciais. - Desenvolver copies para anúncios, landing pages, e-mails, WhatsApp, push notifications, banners, roteiros de vídeo, apresentações, webinars, materiais para eventos e peças de comunicação interna. - Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Design, Motion, Growth, Paid Media, Brand, CRM, Sales, CS, Partnerships, RH, Eventos e GTM para transformar briefs em mensagens claras, persuasivas e alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio. - Adaptar mensagens para diferentes formatos, canais e audiências, mantendo consistência com o tom de voz, identidade verbal e guidelines da marca. - Criar variações de mensagens para campanhas de performance, considerando audiência, etapa do funil, canal, proposta de valor e objetivo de conversão. - Desenvolver roteiros para vídeos de ads, conteúdos curtos, vídeos institucionais, tutoriais, casos de uso e materiais educativos para clientes. - Gerenciar prazos, prioridades e entregas com autonomia, organização e senso de urgência, em um ambiente com alto volume de produção criativa. - Apoiar na criação de frameworks, templates e estruturas reutilizáveis para acelerar a produção de copies. REQUISITOS: - Ensino superior completo em Comunicação, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência prévia com content marketing, agência, startup, SaaS, eCommerce, logística ou empresas B2B. - Portfólio obrigatório com ebooks, guias, artigos, landing pages, cases de sucesso, reports ou materiais editoriais. - Excelente nível de português escrito. - Espanhol como idioma adicional será considerado um diferencial. - Disponibilidade para
