About the Role This is not a traditional help desk role. We're looking for a highly technical, hands on IT Technician to support Skydio's manufacturing environment in Hayward. This role is focused on deep troubleshooting, Linux support, identity systems, and network triage. You'll be the frontline technical expert for employees, capable of diagnosing complex issues across Linux systems, identity platforms (Okta, JumpCloud), and on prem network infrastructure. This role is critical to keeping our manufacturing environment running smoothly and requires someone who is comfortable going deep technically while still being highly responsive and collaborative.
