Who You Are You're an engineering leader with the people and technical skills to bring the next generation of lithium-ion batteries to market. You'll lead a team helping to deploy Sila's materials in the consumer, industrial and automotive markets through qualification with cell suppliers and OEMs. You will use your experience as a technical individual contributor and as a leader of technical teams to act as a “player-coach” in the deployment of Sila anode material with customers. You'll guide collaboration with technical and business teams at Sila as well as external partners and customers and help the team set and reach ambitious, realistic goals by building streamlined systems, setting clear responsibilities, empowering team members, and owning the team's and Sila's success.
