Position Summary The Associate Vice President, NY/CT Operations is the senior operational leader responsible for driving business performance, leadership development, and cultural alignment across Sila's New York and Connecticut portfolio. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires hands-on engagement in the field. The AVP will serve as the primary coach, mentor, and accountability partner to General Managers throughout the market while ensuring each location operates according to Sila's standards for operational excellence, financial performance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proven multi-site operator with strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership capabilities, and experience scaling businesses within the residential home services industry.
