What you'll do - Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency - Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience - Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target -
