Position Summary SHEIN Distribution Corporation (SHEIN US) is seeking a Counsel, IP & Litigation who will be primarily responsible for providing legal advice on a wide-range of IP matters to cross-functional teams and handling the company's dispute matters. This will include investigating and responding to complaints and managing litigation with outside counsel in connection with various business, intellectual property and other types of commercial and transactional disputes. You will partner closely with members of the US Legal team and business departments and support internal clients of all levels.
