As a Transformation Project & Change Manager, you'll take the lead on one or more of our transformational projects-either within our dynamic programmes or by shaping brand-new initiatives from the ground up. You'll oversee everything from concept to completion, delivering critical business change aligned with our proven Project Life Cycle and Delivery Framework. What You'll Be Doing: Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic projects with real business impact Building strong relationships with stakeholders and keeping them engaged and informed Communicating progress in governance forums and ensuring change sticks long after delivery Setting direction for your project team, defining priorities, and keeping everything on track Matrix-managing
