As our Revenue and Billing Assurance Continuous Improvement Lead, you'll take the lead on improving how we work across the full customer journey from billing through to payment, helping us safeguard revenue while delivering better outcomes for customers and the business. This role brings together financial control, strategic thinking and transformation leadership, so you'll be just as comfortable driving long-term improvement as you are getting into the detail of how processes, controls and governance work day to day. You'll define and drive the wider revenue assurance approach, making sure billing is complete, accurate and on time, while putting strong controls in place to reduce revenue leakage, errors and risk.
