It is key that you are a person with a passion for Customer care and Operational Excellence, using your love of analytics and understanding of complex data sets, you'll present your findings and recommendations and deliver effective and deliverable programmes and solutions supporting both the proactive team and the broader business. Proactive Waste Networks is an exciting and fascinating area of the business which has gone through large scale transformation. Combining your knowledge and expertise with large and varied datasets provides a great opportunity to drive continuous improvement of our KPIs and Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs) across the network.
