We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. As a Supply Chain Planner at Senra Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring material readiness for production and maintaining accurate clear-to-build (CtB) status for assigned work orders. You will serve as a key coordination point between Supply Chain, Inventory, Production, Engineering, and Programs to proactively identify shortages, expedite materials, allocate inventory, and remove material-related barriers to production. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational skills, urgency, and attention to detail. Success is measured by material readiness, clear-to-build attainment, shortage resolution, and ensuring production starts on time. What you'll own: - Manage material readiness for assigned orders from release through production start. - Maintain accurate clear-to-build (CtB) status and projected material availability dates for all assigned work orders. - Monitor material shortages and proactively drive resolution before they impact production schedules. - Allocate available inventory across work orders based on production priorities and customer commitments. - Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to expedite critical material deliveries. - Partner with Inventory to validate material availability, transactions, receiving status, and inventory accuracy. - Coordinate with Engineering and Programs to resolve BOM discrepancies, obtain alternate part
