Senior Harnessing Technician Cypress, California, United States At Senra Systems, we believe that the future of manufacturing lies not in automation, but in configuration. We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. As a Senior Harnessing Technician, you will serve as a technical leader on the production floor, executing the most complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction efforts alongside engineering teams. You will set the standard for quality, speed, and technical excellence in the build process. What you'll own: - Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail. - Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians. - Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds. - Identify, escalate, and help solve build and design issues. - Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback. - Champion 5S principles, safety, and quality initiatives. - Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently. What you'll bring to the team: - High school diploma or equivalent certification. - 5-12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments. - Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds. - Experience mentoring junior team members.
