Role Overview: The Quality Inspector role will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections of harnesses and hardware to ensure compliance with internal, external, and industry specifications. This role plays a key part in supporting production goals, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams. What you'll own: - Perform in-process and final inspections of hardware against engineering drawings, industry specifications, and internal/external quality requirements. - Conduct incoming inspections as required to support production timelines. - Create and maintain inspection documentation, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), Inspection Reports, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and End Item Data Packages (EIDPs). - Ensure the delivery of high-quality products from Senra's manufacturing team, supporting production, operations, and delivery targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA) for quality-related issues. - Drive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure, supporting disposition, approvals, and verification activities as required. - Investigate, document, and resolve product and process issues, ensuring proper corrective actions are implemented and
