We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. As a Lead Technician, you will be the 1st line of defense for technical troubleshooting on the production floor. You will guide a small team of technicians to build high-quality, mission-critical components that power cutting-edge aerospace and defense systems. You will organize, support, and drive the team to meet the highest industry standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized leader with a passion for building electrical hardware and continuously improving floor operations. What you'll own: - Autonomously build electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers - Responsible for keeping the floor on track - provide technical and operational direction to team members to ensure quality standards and schedule are met. - This may include: - Demonstrating proper techniques to new apprentice technicians - Inspecting hardware in-process to ensure conformance to specifications - Implementing daily task checklists to maintain the workcenter - Assign and prioritize daily work per production schedule. - Communicate work plan & work completed to team & operations stakeholders to minimize interruptions and ensure continuity. - Work cross-functionally to ensure adequate support for nominal production operations - Foster a culture
