The Role We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead the stand-up and ongoing operation of our new ~80,000 sq. ft. flagship manufacturing facility in Cypress, CA. This site will become the primary production hub for the company. This role is responsible for owning all aspects of facilities, and equipment maintenance across the site. You will play a critical role in bringing the factory online, partnering with construction teams, managing contractors, and building the systems and processes required to support a high-performing manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will serve as the single-threaded owner for facility operations, infrastructure reliability, and site readiness. You will also provide liaison support to our Redondo Beach site as needed. This role requires a highly independent operator who can build, scale, and maintain systems in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
