In this role, you will be the primary engine for rapid experimentation, turning abstract ideas into functional, interactive prototypes. While you will leverage our existing React and Next.js stack, you are an "open thinker" who can move beyond the front end-using Python and FastAPI to spin up lightweight back-end services that bring your prototypes to life. You possess strong functional design skills, allowing you to make smart UX decisions on the fly without needing a pixel-perfect mockup. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML. - 5+ years of experience with React (including Next.js and hooks) to build high-fidelity interactive experiences. - Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for developing rapid, lightweight back-end prototypes and APIs. - Working knowledge of how AI and LLMs work - Experience effectively utilizing AI technologies and tools (e.g., large language models, agents, etc.) to enhance workflows - Functional
