About this role
Manual QA Engineer Austin, Texas, United States; Reston, Virginia, United States About the Opportunity: Seekr builds trust into every stage of the AI lifecycle providing a complete platform to build, train, validate, securely deploy, and monitor transparent generative AI applications and agents. We are looking for a detail-driven Manual QA Engineer to join our QA Engineering team and help deliver world-class, reliable AI technologies. You will partner with a cross-functional engineering team to drive software quality across Seekr's product suite, with direct exposure to modern agentic AI tooling from day one. Duties and Responsibilities: - Test design & execution: Design, author, and execute functional test cases, test suites, and test plans for UI and API surfaces using TestRail (including MCP server + Claude AI integration) - API testing: Perform manual API testing across new and existing endpoints; build and maintain Postman collections to validate REST and service-layer behavior - UI & content validation: Validate UI functionality and content/data integrity for the SeekrFlow platform; perform peer review and approval of test cases - Defect management: Use JIRA daily to review Epics and Stories, log new defects, update existing defects with verification details, and track release readiness - Stakeholder communication: Deliver clear, concise execution status updates to stakeholders via email and Slack; contribute to regression testing efforts and release validation cycles - Requirements analysis: Analyze requirements for ambiguity and testability; contribute to process improvement across software development and systems integration workflows Skills and Qualifications: - Up to 4 years of experience as
