This role exists to build the infrastructure that makes that real as we scale from 200 to 500+ employees. As our Senior People Operations Generalist , you'll own programs that don't exist yet and improve the ones that do - spanning manager enablement, performance cycles, total rewards, and the connective tissue between People and Recruiting. This is a high-ownership role at a pivotal stage: you'll be shaping how the company grows, not just supporting it. 🛠️ What You'll Do - Build manager enablement that actually sticks. Design the coaching, tools, and accountability structures that set managers up to lead well and hold a high performance bar as the org grows - Own performance cycles and engagement surveys end-to-end: design, run, synthesize, and turn what the data tells you into recommendations the business
