About the role As a Data Operations Quality Manager, you will be the steward of the operational quality that enables the reliability and performance of our advanced visual intelligence products. Embedded in the Data Team and working closely with product managers and engineering, you'll shape how we build and execute operational processes, annotation work, and quality measurements of the real-world product performance. Your work will ensure that operational quality is visible and transparent to enable decision-making and a superior customer experience. What you will do - Own operational quality within the data team - Establish and maintain a single source of truth on quality metrics for all stakeholders - Design and maintain annotation and QC frameworks, including failure categories and review processes - Establish a real-world performance measurement, balancing accuracy and resources - Monitor and document the performance of external suppliers and contractors - Create and evolve operational playbooks and SOPs to make sure processes are efficient and effective - Support product, operations, engineering, and customer success with clear quality narratives, explain
