The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to fill various IT positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks, background checks, and skills assessments. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
