The team connects customer success, solution adoption, market development, and ecosystem partnerships - creating lasting impact for the businesses SAP serves across Switzerland. As a working student to the Growth Office Switzerland, you will: • Support strategic initiatives, like SAP's Customer Loyalty Survey: coordinate processes, track response rates, and help translate customer feedback into actionable next steps • Plan and help deliver internal learning formats & events, from workshops to team sessions, keeping the Growth Office aligned and continuously developing • Maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards that give the team a clear view of key metrics and support evidence-based decisions • Draft LinkedIn posts, prepare messages, and support the growth officer's social media presence to strengthen SAP Switzerland's
