To strengthen our Pension Brokerage Team in Zurich, we are looking for a commercially minded and client‑focused: Pension Broker (f/m/d), 80 -100% Your Profile Solid professional education in occupational pension schemes, with strong knowledge of Swiss social security regulations Several years of experience advising corporate clients in occupational pensions, ideally in a consulting or brokerage environment Strong client orientation with the ability to build trust, influence decision‑makers and create long‑term partnerships Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution‑driven and structured approach Engaged, flexible and positive personality with a high level of ownership Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken; French is an asset Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to national and international corporate clients, providing end‑to‑end consulting and ongoing support in all matters related to occupational pension schemes Identify client needs, develop tailored pension strategies and deliver valued solutions aligned with clients' business objectives Lead and execute market reviews, tenders and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive and optimized pension arrangements Actively contribute to the expansion of
