What you bring Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing), Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering Management, or related discipline preferred SAP Certification in Production Planning and Manufacturing (PP) or Quality Management (QM) Additional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or APICS CPIM are advantageous Experience Minimum 8-10 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 5-7 years focused on SAP Manufacturing (PP/QM/PM) Led or played key roles in 3+ full lifecycle SAP Manufacturing implementations from blueprint through hypercare Experience across multiple manufacturing environments (discrete, process, repetitive) and industry verticals Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships Technical Certifications SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional - SAP Productio
