About the Role We are building a new model for enterprise software: working directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate real workflows and decision-making in production within weeks-not quarters. As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will partner with customers and engineers to define and ship AI agents that operate at scale (handling real business processes and high-volume interactions). You will combine product strategy with hands-on building, actively prototyping and developing solutions alongside engineers to deliver systems that are used in production. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer delivery. This is a hands-on role.
