We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DQM Consultant with 5-6 years of experience to join our ATLAS Revenue Assurance team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer delivery data across platforms related to ATLAS tools. Key Responsibilities: Validate customer delivery data to eliminate inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies. Ensure data synchronization and consistency across systems. Maintain accurate, structured data to support customer onboarding. Apply validation rules and GUID mapping for complete data. Monitor data quality through dashboards and track KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness). Investigate root causes of data issues and drive resolution. Manage escalations and ensure compliance with SLA. Collaborate with other team units and internal stakeholders. Identify and implement data quality improvements.
