Expectations and Tasks: Map business processes to solution requirements. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy integrations/applications for customers. Provide architect solutions. Assist with Sales activities. Lead customer facing technical engagements. Troubleshoot complex integration issues. Utilize Successfactors products to aid in workshops and architect solutions. Work with global teams regularly and handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings.
