Expectations and Tasks: Maps business processes to solution requirements. Champions and leads disruptive business innovation. Provides thought leadership around the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drives change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Delivers end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Plans transitions of customer solution landscapes. Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Supports pre-sales activities. Performs solution reviews and feasibility studies. Works to resolve escalated projects. Delivers as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks. Leads customer workshops and trainings. Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduces SAP and industry leading practices for complex business requirements based on experience
