It is where future enterprise customers are born. It is where product adoption scales globally. It is where AI-driven growth models, digital customer journeys, and modern GTM systems are being reinvented in real time and path the way for the broader Salesforce transformation. This leader will own the global SMB marketing business across Salesforce's portfolio, leading the strategy and operating GTM that drives customer acquisition, adoption, lifecycle engagement, and revenue growth at scale. You will lead a modern, AI-powered growth organization spanning demand generation, digital acquisition, lifecycle and retention marketing, integrated campaigns, content, web, SEO, events, and growth experimentation. You will partner deeply with Product & Engineering, Sales, Data Science, and Customer Success to help shape not just how we market our products - but how customers experience and adopt Salesforce from day one. The right leader for this role is deeply customer obsessed, highly analytical, operationally rigorous,
