Space Planning Associate Manager India - Bangalore; India - Hyderabad The Manager of Space Planning will primarily represent the India region and is responsible for managing occupancy planning and workplace strategy at the building level. This person is a skilled relationship builder and problem solver with excellent communication skills coupled with strong data analytical skills. The Manager of Space Planning has the ability to execute tactically while seeing the big picture. This role will partner closely with Workplace Services, Strategy, Projects, Design and our Business Partner team to align on space strategies and support the execution of workplace initiatives including FDOBs, restacks, migrations and consolidations. Experience with space planning in flexible workplace environments is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary critical thinking, communication and storytelling skills. Proven success to operate in a dynamic environment that moves with pace and the ability to work through ambiguity is highly desired. This Bangalore based role reports to the Director, Global Space Planning, supporting the India region and Regional Space Planning Lead. Job Responsibilities: Serve as a Space Planning point of contact for the India region and oversee space planning activities to align real estate strategy with business unit goals and objectives. Develop and recommend scenario plans to support the expansion and contraction of the portfolio in alignment with the needs of the business at the site level including new office builds, restacks, refreshes, migration plans and alternative workplace solutions.
