SMTS, Workday Integration Engineer (Accounting Center) India - Hyderabad We are seeking a Workday Integration Engineer with strong experience in building and supporting integrations across Workday Financials, with a focus on Workday Accounting Center and Prism Analytics. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integrations, enabling accurate financial data processing, transformation, and reporting across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Workday integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), along with experience in Accounting Center transformations, accounting rules, and Prism data pipelines. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and upstream system teams to ensure seamless data flow, reconciliation, and compliance. Responsibilities: Deliver Workday enhancements to support our Workday implementation, covering both functional and technical aspects. Closely work with the internal Workday support teams and business users to understand the business requirements, including working with 3rd party integrators. Participate in product and feature design sessions with developers, designers, product managers and business systems analysts. Develop Reports, Dashboards and Integrations using Workday tool sets. Build test automation that is effective, scalable and maintainable using tools such as Kainos. Participate in and contribute to code reviews. Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution. Ensure product quality meets stakeholder expectations and responsible for creating test plans, test cases, test execution, and defect reporting.
