Senior Technical Recruiter Illinois - Chicago; Washington - Seattle; Texas - Austin; Georgia - Atlanta; Texas - Dallas; Indiana - Indianapolis 6 month contract We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support our CSG (Customer Success/ProServices Group) team delivering top candidates in a fast paced environment. Working in a cross collaborative environment you will directly impact the delivery of candidates from our Recruiting team into open opportunities across the AMER organization. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across our Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services organizations Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, partnering with our Talent Attraction team to manage sourced pipelines Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements, business priorities, and defined competencies Develop and execute recruiting strategies that fill current openings while building a robust, future-ready candidate pipeline Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to deliver an efficient, high-touch candidate experience Build trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders - pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing data and market intelligence that sharpens hiring decisions What You'll Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting technology and/or professional services roles within a large, matrixed organization Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes Strong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments with
