Additionally, Data Cloud supports seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds , enabling Customer 360 use cases. This ensures that businesses can unify customer data across all touchpoints, enhancing AI-driven marketing automation, personalized engagement, and predictive customer insights . By powering hyper-personalized experiences and real-time decision-making , Data Cloud helps organizations maximize customer lifetime value and drive business growth.
