Role Description The Senior Solution Consultant supports the analysis of a workstream in complex enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key stakeholders to achieve the vision while executing on key deliverables. They serve as hands-on advisors, analysts, and configurators, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client's business to deliver customer ROI. Working closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and directly with clients, they help design, develop and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. They may coach Jr. Solution Consultant resources on a project. Senior Solution Consultants drive solution development (no code and low code configurations), demos and obtain client acceptance of the delivered solution. On a day-to-day basis, they work closely with client functional leads, product owners, and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. They are proficient at identifying risks and issues and escalating them appropriately. They demonstrate operational excellence and collaborate on the design and solution architecture of large-scale enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities
