In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the integration, data management, and AI space, specifically focusing on our MuleSoft and Informatica portfolios. As the leader of this region, you won't just manage a team; you will transform it. You will serve as a strategic architect for the territory, fostering a culture of operational excellence, "thinking big," and tight cross-functional synergy with Salesforce Core teams to deliver unparalleled value to our customers. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Transformation: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will proactively source top talent and coach junior members to navigate complex sales cycles and exceed targets. Go-To-Market & Strategy: Own the revenue forecast and GTM strategy for Austria and German Mid-Market. You will identify market penetration opportunities and bridge competency gaps within the team. Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of "data care" by ensuring meticulous CRM maintenance. You will emphasize diligent tracking of sales activities to maintain high forecast accuracy. Strategic Deal Orchestration: Masterfully apply structured sales methodologies to close complex deals.
