In this role, you'll serve as a trusted delivery expert and strategic advisor embedded within Salesforce's partner ecosystem - empowering our most strategic Global Consulting Partners to achieve best-in-class implementation outcomes across Agentforce and Salesforce's top products. This is a uniquely high-impact role that sits at the intersection of delivery excellence, AI strategy, and partner advocacy. You'll provide expert implementation guidance at critical points in the delivery lifecycle, proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks before they impact the customer, and serve as a strategic thought partner to both partner delivery leadership and senior Salesforce stakeholders.
