Are you interested in leveraging AI-enabled tools to evolve how content is created and delivered? Our team is defining the AI-accelerated future of content for Salesforce's Multi-Framework capabilities, and we are looking for a strategic leader to join us. As a Lead Developer Documentation Writer, you will be recognized as an influential Content Experience (CX) expert. You'll understand the technical landscape of our cloud in detail and set the content strategy for broad areas, ensuring our developers have the right resources at the right time. You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, improving existing documentation and reference content while ensuring quality and consistency. You'll collaborate with a team of developer-doc writers and explore new ways to deliver solutions to customers building apps or complex customizations on the Salesforce Platform. You'll lead by: Driving Strategy: Develop content strategy for broad cloud areas and aligning it with stakeholders in Support, Product Management, and Marketing to meet our business goals. Empowering the Team: Use your industry-wide experience to serve as a mentor and multiplier for other writers; coordinating work across teams, and sharing constructive feedback to elevate our collective impact. Influencing Product: Contribute directly to product strategy as we evolve the AI experience. Create clear plans for in-product guidance and reference content.
