About the Opportunity As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on new business, you will be the tip of the spear in acquiring net-new customers across the German utilities sector. You'll identify, engage, and close deals with C-suite decision-makers and key stakeholders at companies that are navigating critical challenges like the energy transition, grid modernization, and evolving customer demands. This role is about winning. You will: Hunt and Develop a New Logo Pipeline: Proactively identify and target net-new accounts across the German utilities ( Stadtwerke) landscape. You'll build and own a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities from the ground up - cold outreach, events, partner networks, and your own industry relationships. Win New Business: Engage prospects early, uncover their most pressing business challenges, and craft compelling value propositions that position Salesforce as the must-have solution. You close deals - full stop. Own the Full Sales Cycle: Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from first contact through to contract signature, leveraging Salesforce's extensive internal resources, pre-sales, and partner ecosystem to win.
