In this role, you will be the architect of our data-driven initiatives that drive our Recruiting strategies with an emphasis on predictive analytics and an Agentic future for surfacing insights to the recruiting organization. You aren't just reporting on "time-to-fill"; you are investigating the why behind our hiring successes and failures. You will lead a team of analysts and researchers to turn raw data into actionable insights. This senior leadership role will lead a team of analysts and researchers, providing the team deep technical expertise and strategic vision to shape Recruiting's direction and deliver actionable insights. Overview of the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting Analytics & Insights to lead strategic recruiting analytics initiatives and support data-informed decision making across the organization. In this role, you will design and advance a data-driven recruiting strategy that goes beyond standard reporting to understand the drivers behind hiring outcomes through predictive analytics. You will lead a team of analysts and researchers, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate insights into action and help shape the future direction of recruiting through thoughtful, inclusive analytics while defining a future vision where AI Driven insights are a primary delivery mechanism to the recruiting organization.
