About this role
Director of Product Management, Onboarding and Adoption California - San Francisco Service Cloud is the biggest product line for Salesforce, and has been rated by Gartner as a leader for the last 16 years. Our objective is to transform the customer onboarding for an AI first and conversational UI first world, where customers can go live quickly using intuitive UI and agents to do all the heavy lifting. Own the vision to reimagine customer onboarding experience by leveraging Agentforce, Slackbot, and Headless 360 (Salesforce MCPs/APIs). Conduct market and competitive research Create working prototypes using AI tools, and drive customer engagements to validate the vision as well as solution design Work with scrum teams to deliver the solution. Work with Agentforce and platform teams to leverage their latest capabilities and manage technical dependencies Present the vision and solution to execs and stakeholders Enable the field to position and sell the solution effectively. Provide deal support as needed. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of product management experience (or a combination of PM + Salesforce solution architecture experience) building enterprise enterprise software applications Ability to build products with consumer grade UX and platform extensibility Strong curiosity and empathy to understand customer problems, and judgement to prioritize them effectively Deep technical aptitude to manage discussions with engineering to drive architecture decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure that the product is built for scale, reliability, and extensibility. Ability to work across other product teams as well as cross functional teams to deliver a joint roadmap
