Director, Growth Multiplier (Salesforce Practice) India - Hyderabad; India - Bangalore Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Director of Delivery Management of Professional Services to lead our Global Delivery Centre. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is an equal parts delivery leader & growth driver - someone who does not just run a services organisation but actively multiplies its impact. You will combine deep Salesforce delivery expertise with a growth mindset, executive presence, and the relentless persistence to grow the team's reputation as a centre of excellence. You will be a key member of the Leadership Team of the Strategic New & Emerging Technology practice , accountable for both the quality of delivery and the strategic building & expansion of our practice. The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of consulting or professional services experience, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of scaling teams, winning business, and driving measurable customer outcomes. As a Director of Professional Services, you should have expertise in building strong competency in building and scaling Salesforce's New & Emerging Technology cloud capabilities and delivering high value to customers. Should have pre-sales management experience with a deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles. Should have Salesforce project implementation experience with the different engagement models.
