Account Executive, Agentforce Canada - Toronto Overview of the Role: We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Agentforce Specialist selling team. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth by helping enterprise customers understand and adopt Agentforce - Salesforce's flagship AI innovation - partnering closely with the broader Salesforce sales organization to deliver ground-breaking results. Responsibilities: Partner with the Salesforce sales team to identify, source, and qualify Agentforce opportunities across current and new customers, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile. Lead comprehensive discovery conversations to uncover customers' critical business needs and craft compelling Points of View (POVs) that demonstrate Agentforce's value to both technical and business stakeholders. Present tailored Agentforce solutions that align with clients' long-term strategic objectives and existing architecture, positioning Salesforce as a trusted partner. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, "One Salesforce" client experience throughout the entire sales process. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within a highly technical sales environment, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets. Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent configuration, workflow integration, automation, and API connectivity. Strong technical selling skills, including the ability to translate AI capabilities and solutions into clear business outcomes for non-technical audiences. Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud data warehouse technologies, cloud infrastructure, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau. Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques.
