As we scale across multiple customers and complex use cases, we need to build out a front-end platform that allows engineers to build new tools, dashboards, and experiences easily. We're looking for someone who can think through and build out the shared components and infrastructure to enable this development, allowing us to scale easily. Responsibilities: - Build a Platform for the Frontend: Develop reusable, modular components as a part of a cohesive front-end platform to help scale across many customers and use cases, while ensuring our code remains maintainable and performant. - Design and Implement Scalable Solutions: Create and implement user-centric software solutions, focusing on building delightful consumer web experiences. - Collaborate Across a Multi-Disciplinary Organization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Engage directly with our users and healthcare professionals to gather feedback and deeply understand their needs. - Deep Ownership: Own, maintain, and scale features end-to-end in the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth, performant, and ergonomic user experiences.
