Compensation for this role is $220,000- $250,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As the Vice President, Solutions and Strategy at RXO, you will develop and shape actionable insights for our Managed Transportation business and lead the carrier procurement function. You will be responsible for both ongoing market activities, implementation of continuous improvement strategies and ad-hoc projects, where we help to scope and execute purchasing strategies across our customer base to address specific questions related to market dynamics and improvement on carrier procurement strategies. What your day-to-day will look like: Collaborate with functional leaders across Operations, Sales, Pricing & Procurement, Technology and Finance. Create and implement the procurement strategy by utilizing business concepts and contract management to optimize spending, negotiate better prices with suppliers and carriers, and achieve cost savings. Develop and execute strategic plans to improve performance, increase market share, and maintain industry competitiveness.
