About this role
Product Management - Cluster Infrastructure Intern Bangalore About the Role Rubrik is looking for a Product Manager to join the Deployed Platforms team, focused on the infrastructure that powers our on-premises and cloud platforms. You'll own critical areas of the cluster lifecycle - from deployment and upgrades to health monitoring, networking, and day-to-day operations - across both our control plane and data plane platforms. You'll partner closely with multiple engineering teams, field and support organizations, and customers to define and deliver a roadmap that improves enterprise readiness, reduces support costs, and accelerates adoption of our product line. What You'll Do - Own product roadmap areas across cluster lifecycle management, networking, and supportability - Define and prioritize features for cluster deployment, onboarding, upgrades, and day-to-day operations - Lead improvements to cluster health monitoring, alerting, and observability - Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to understand pain points and translate them into product priorities - Partner with Engineering, UX, Documentation, and Release Management to execute on the roadmap - Work with field and support teams to identify top supportability issues and drive measurable reductions in support cost What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in a technical domain, preferably in infrastructure, platform, or systems software - Strong technical foundation - comfortable engaging in architectural discussions around cluster management, monitoring, networking, software upgrades, and distributed systems - Experience working with enterprise customers and translating field feedback into product direction - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to distill
