Global Campaigns Manager Palo Alto, California Rubrik is looking for a Global Campaigns Manager to elevate our demand generation efforts. We need a hands-on person who can strategically design and execute integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth on a global scale. You are the ideal candidate if you are passionate about building marketing programs from the ground up, translating market opportunities into actionable strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You have a deep understanding of the customer journey and a track record of creating impactful campaigns that resonate with a global audience. Your decisions are always backed by data, and you're relentless in your pursuit of optimizing ROI and improving performance. This role would report into our HQ in Palo Alto in a weekly hybrid cadence. What You'll Do: - Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of a key global demand generation campaign, from awareness to conversion. You will utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet and exceed MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals. - Serve as the campaign "quarterback," aligning and orchestrating a diverse cross-functional team across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to ensure seamless execution and a continuous feedback loop. - Consistently analyze and optimize campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all activities on the demand funnel.
