About the Role: As a Leasing Renewal Associate, you will be an integral part of our leasing team, dedicated to driving lease renewals and fostering long-term relationships with residents. Your primary focus will be to maximize resident retention by delivering proactive, personalized outreach and building trust with residents, creating a smooth, positive renewal experience that supports both resident satisfaction and property performance.
