Our mission is to rapidly and securely scale our expertise across clients and within Roland Berger. In this role, you will design and implement advanced AI solutions for both client and internal applications while collaborating with the AI team to tackle real-world business challenges. Your expertise will be crucial as you write clean, maintainable code to ensure scalable AI and machine learning solutions. Utilizing tools like Python, Databricks, SQL, Docker, and LangGraph, you will develop multimodal agents and automate workflows. You will also establish the necessary tooling and infrastructure for deploying AI models on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Thorough documentation of processes is essential, as you will present your findings to stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Staying updated on the latest advancements in data science and generative AI will empower you to drive innovation within the organization.
