The Treasury Operations team safeguards customer and firm cash for Robinhood Securities by owning daily bank and clearing account reconciliations, sweep and settlement processes, and core cash controls required under the regulatory framework. We reconcile balances and activity between internal ledgers, external banks, clearing agencies, and sweep vendors, ensuring every dollar is accounted for and exceptions are identified, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner. As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you'll own detailed reconciliation and settlement workflows for our brokerage entities, support regulatory obligations (such as suspense monitoring and reserve‑related cash movements), and partner cross‑functionally to strengthen controls as our products and volumes grow.
