We are not playing a volume game; it's about finding the best of the best talent, the 10xers. We are looking for a seasoned and strategic recruiter who enjoys the hunt of going after passive, high-caliber talent and knows what it takes to identify, attract, and engage them. This position requires an expert recruiter who comes from top-tier technology search firm with a vast network, exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence. In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with a highly engaged tech org leadership team, acting as a true talent advisor to the business.
