As Director of Product for the Core Remittance Experience, you'll own the product that millions of customers interact with every time they send money home (Remitly's flagship consumer experience). Your scope spans the home screen, core transaction flow, recipient management, transaction tracking, and the holistic send-to-delivery journey. You'll balance conversion, customer satisfaction, and long-term platform health across dozens of countries, currencies, payment methods, and regulatory environments. You'll operate at the intersection of consumer product craft and platform architecture, shaping both what customers experience and how the underlying system enables rapid experimentation across 170+ countries.
